Convenient Scheduling Options

We recommend weekly home inspections at a minimum but we can work with you to create a custom schedule to fit your needs and budget. If you choose lawn services, we recommend our seasonal weekly mowing schedule to keep your lawn uniform and looking it’s best. This lawn mowing service includes weekly mowing April through October, as well as biweekly mowing in March and November, and mowing upon request December through February (when no mowing is scheduled).
Alternately, you might choose our seasonal biweekly mowing program, which includes service every two weeks from March through November, with mowing upon request December through February. If you’re seeking an economical option that stops your lawn from getting completely out of hand, biweekly, or as needed mowing will suffice, but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the same optimal results with this scheduling option as with our weekly service. You can pause your service, make changes, cancel, and renew as you see fit with no penalties. You’ll enjoy fast response time, easy billing and payment, and a satisfaction guarantee – if we make a mistake, we’ll come back to make it right.

Billing

  • You may also pay in cash, check, or using Venmo the day of service or monthly in advance.

  • Coming Soon) If we have your credit card on file, we bill your credit card monthly or the business day after service depending on the services you are receiving. Otherwise we will email you an invoice and you may submit your credit card payment by following the pay now link.

  • We accept MasterCard, Visa, Amex, and Discover.

  • If a card is declined we’ll contact you for new card information.

  • Failure to render payment will result in termination of future services and possible legal action.

  • Annual Pricing Plan- We offer annual pricing for clients who spend $300 per month or more during the peak season. This stretches that cost out over the entire year and you will have a set monthly fee. Each plan is custom tailored to your needs.  

Client Satisfaction

We have a 100% satisfaction iron - clad guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our service, we will re-do the item in question absolutely FREE. If you are still not happy, you will not owe us a dime for that particular service. No hassle, no problems. That’s our promise to you.

Rain or General Delay

We will notify you if we are experiencing any delays within your route.

Home watch services are generally not delayed due to weather except for extreme conditions. 
We mow lawns in the rain unless it is a continuous down pour. We will pick up the schedule where we left off when the rain lets up, only if your lawn is not overly saturated. We will utilize Saturday and possibly Sunday’s in order to complete the week’s schedule if necessary.

Yard Access

If you have a lock on your gate, please have it unlocked on your mow day. We can install a free combo lock at your request. If we are unable to access your backyard the full charge still applies. If we cannot gain access to your backyard on more than 2 occasions, you will be charged a $10 trip fee to go back out and complete the service. If not, we will just see you on your next scheduled mow day. (Note: Full service charge still applies if we only service front yard)

Pets

For the safety of your pets, we prefer that all your pets be kept indoors and all gates unlocked on your mow day. We are very careful about closing gates before they leave, but we cannot guarantee that a pet will not escape from the yard, therefore, you are accepting our service with this provision. TLC Lawn & Home Services, LLC is not responsible for lost or injured pets.

Pet Waste

Please understand that we invest a lot of money in the professional equipment that we use, and there is a potential to spread disease from your property to other client’s pets such as Parvovirus, therefore If we encounter excessive pet waste on your property, an additional fee will be added to your invoice to account for additional time and cost for equipment cleaning. Yard Items and Debris

We trim around trampolines, playhouses, and lawn furniture. We do not move large items and appreciate you defining a border around objects to prevent any accidents.
Items must be picked up from your yard on your mow day. Items may include: toys, dog bones, seasonal lawn decor, large rocks, and hoses. These items are hazardous if hit by the mower blades and can result in serious damage to your property and our equipment, or serious injury to our crew or others. We will gladly pick up your yard prior to mowing for an additional fee determined at time of service.

Damages

Although we do carry a liability insurance policy and will do our best to take care of you in the unlikely event that there is an injury or property damage we do a walk around inspection, and actively look for hazards while we are inspecting or servicing your property, sometimes objects can go unseen in grass. We ask you please notify us of any and all known hazards that we may encounter on your property. All wiring must be protected or underground: A/C unit, lighting, electrical devices, phone and cable lines, and PVC pipes, etc. Always protect your plants and trees with defined borders.
Line Trimmers (weed-eaters) can rotate up to 14,000 rpm. This can cause marks on trees, fence, posts and many other items. We will work carefully to prevent any damages from occurring. It is the homeowner’s responsibility to place a defined and protective border to prevent any damage from occurring.
