Is your "Lawn Guy" insured?

Most lawn service providers aren't insured, and that means when they break something on your property the repair cost will probably fall back on you. We have had several new clients come to us for this reason. Most recently a new client had a window in his home broken by a rock thrown from a lawn mower. When the $1200 bill for the new window came up the "lawn Guy" would not take responsibility for the mistake, leaving the homeowner to pay for repair. That was only a $1200 damaged window, imagine if he had hit the outside A/C unit, or worse case scenario his lawn mower caught fire and burned the homeowners home down with it.
