• Walk the perimeter of the property/residence looking for signs of vandalism, forced entry, squatters, weather damage, etc.

• Check the functionality of exterior lighting.

• Visually inspect the roof, and gutters from ground level.

• Verify that the outside A/C drains are functioning correctly.

• Check external water spigots, faucets, and hose bibs for leaks.

• Inspect the general condition of landscaping, plants, trees.

• Look for signs of pest infestation around the perimeter and in flower beds.
